We truly care about service. For us, the buffet is just a way to offer you the chance to taste many dishes in one sitting—a way to enjoy amazing Peruvian food without losing time while traveling. The top ingredients and classic national recipes wouldn’t taste as great without the personalized service provided by our young, vibrant, and happy staff.

07 Entrees: From the regular salads to our incredible Causas or Huancaína potatoes, and the Ocopa Arequipeña.

12 main dishes: Trying a traditional Beef "Seco," the delicious Carapulcra con Sopa Seca, or the tasty Seafood Rice is a must!

07 deserts: We offer a few traditional colonial desserts to "sweeten" our customers' day.

Vegan Options: We understand and support the vegan cause. Some of our regular buffet dishes are vegan, but here, no vegan leaves unhappy! Just order from our 10 vegan options menu, and we won’t charge anything extra.

Traditional Menu: If you prefer to enjoy our famous Restaurant Paracas regular menu, you are more than welcome! We will be happy to cook and serve it for you.

We offer a wide variety of dishes, ranging from classic favorites like Ajì de gallina (Non spicy chili chicken creamy stew) or Seafood Rice to unique creations that change seasonally. Check our menu for the latest offerings and special limited-time flavors.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes, we offer a selection of vegan options with the buffet, but as if this wouldn't be enough we have a large vegan menu where our ven¡gans can order with out any additional payment.

Can I eat as much as I want?

Absolutely! You can eat as much as you want in a period of 2 hours, the idea is to take it easy and try as many different dishes you might want.

Do you serve a regular menu as well?

Yes, we have a great Peruvian Coastal food menu that will exceed any expectations!
